Alfonso Reyes of Park City, IL. passed away suddenly on Monday, June 26, 2023 at home.  Alfonso was 43 years old. He was born on December 16, 1979, in Mexico. He is survived by his two sons; Luis and Alex Reyes, his mother, Ubalda Hernandez, four brothers; Jose Carpio, Omar Carpio, Alex Hernandez and Theodore Hernandez and two sisters; Lupe Carpio and Jessica Hernandez. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM here at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, July 3, 2023 at Holy Family Church, 450 Keller Ave., Waukegan, IL. at 10:00 AM.  He will be laid to rest immediately following the Mass at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.
