Alfred Guadiana Hernandez passed away on February 27, 2021 at the Elevate Care Nursing Facility in Waukegan after a long illness. He is survived by his wife Cristina and many other family members.

The Visitation and Funeral Mass will be on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Holy Family Church, 450 Keller Ave., Waukegan. The Visitation will begin at 9:15am until the time of Mass at 10:15am. He will be laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery. For those attending, it will be necessary to register at:
