Alicia Padilla, 88, of Waukegan, IL. passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018.  The Visitation will be on Saturday, July 27, 2018, from 9:00 am until 9:45 am at St. Dismas Catholic Church, 2600 Sunset Ave, Waukegan, IL.  The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 am at the Church. Fr. Patrick J.
