Everardo Gomez passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Terrace Nursing Facility in Waukegan, surrounded by his loving family.  He was 93.  He was born in Mexico and emigrated to the United States at a young age. He is survived by seven children; Nora Irma Gomez, Everardo Gomez Jr., Jose Edgar Gomez, Arnoldo Gomez, Idolina Morales (nee Gomez), Marianela Fragoso (nee Gomez) and Ubaldino Gomez and many extended family members.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Odilia Gomez

The Visitation will be on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Iglesia Emanuel Church, 1300 W. 10th Street, Waukegan, IL., beginning at 9:00 am followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 am  He will be laid to rest immediately following the service at North Shore Garden of Memories in North Chicago, IL
