James R. Foltz "The Mayor",70, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on January 8, 2015.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carol (nee Sneller); one son, Aaron (Ann) of Pleasant Prairie, WI.; one daughter, Heather (Ken) Hallman of Lake Villa, IL; four grandchildren, Isabella, and Jackson Foltz, and Mara and Miller Hallman; three nephews, Greg, Donald Jr., and Joe Foltz; a sister in law, Jean (Joseph) Simmet; and his father in law, Victor (the late Mae) Sneller.

Preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah; two sisters, Bernice and Genevieve Foltz; two brothers, Joseph and Donald Sr. Foltz; and his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 10:00am at Queen of Peace Church, North Chicago, IL. He will be laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 10, 2015 here at the funeral home from 4:00 until 7:00pm.
