Joseph M. Serkowski, 88, a life long Waukegan, IL resident passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. He was born and raised in North Chicago, IL., the son of Felix and Antonina (nee Bajorek) Serkowski.

Survivors include his sons, Robert (Karen) and John (Kathleen) Serkowski; daughters, Susan (Robert) LaMagdeleine and Diane (Steve) Jellison; grandchildren, Sarah and Kevin Serkowski, Kristen and Ryan Serkowski, Dan and Katie LaMagdeleine, Matt and Tim Jellison, and his sister Phyllis Johnsen.

The wake will be at the Funeral Home on Monday, October 13, 2014 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 10:00 am at Queen of Peace Church, Most Blessed Trinity Parish, 910 14th Street, North Chicago, IL. We will meet at the Church.
