Martha G. Acosta passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014 at Northwest Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She was a resident of North Chicago, IL.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, from 4:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 10:00 am at Most Blessed Trinity Parish, Holy Family Church, 450 Keller Ave, Waukegan, IL. She will be laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.
