Miguel A. Tellez Vazquez passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital in Lake Forest, IL. He was was born on August 11, 1986 in Mexico to Jose Tellez and Natalia Vazquez. Miguel was 38 yrs old. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 25, 2025 from 4:00 until 7:00pm here at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Queen of Peace Church, 910 14th St., North Chicago, IL. at 10:00am. Burial will take place in Mexico at a later date.
