Nicanor N. Medina, 93, of Waukegan, IL. passed away peacefully on October 30, 2016 at The Terrace Nursing Home in the journey of Kindred Hospice. He was born in Arteaga, Mexico on January 9, 1923.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Rose (nee Cruz) for 58 years, caring father to; Consuelo (Salvadore), Isidro (Teresa), Tomas, George (Patrice), Juanita, Nick (Carrie) and the late Irene F. Medina. He also leaves behind several devoted grandchildren and great-grandchildren along with the many close friends and extended family members that he maintained throughout the years.
