Otylia Pirozek, 100, passed away peacefully at her home in North Chicago on July 8, 2015. She was born on September 10, 1914 in Poland. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Pirozek of North Chicago, IL.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 10:00 am at Queen of Peace Church, 910 14th Street, North Chicago. Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass beginning at 9:00 am at the Church. She will be laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.
