Patricia Ann Kesser, 1947 - 2015, a resident for 34 years at the Ann C. Kiley Developmental Center, Waukegan Illinois, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2016 after a brief illness. She is survived by her sister, Mary Kay (Mark) Noland of Sandy, Utah; her nephew, Matthew Noland and a great niece Riley Noland Bond of Hawaii, her brother in law John (Carol) Anderson of Beach Park, Illinois, and her extended family and friends at the Kiley Developmental Center and North Point Achievement Center, Zion, Illinois. Her parents, Lucille and Edward Kesser and her sister Jeanne Kesser-Anderson preceded her in death.

The family would like to thank the Kiley Center and Northpointe Center for their continued concern, care and kindness to Patty over the years. The family wishes to acknowledge the thoughtful services of Bradley Funeral Home.
