Raymond James Kelly, born on October 8, 1989 was taken to a better place on August 26, 2018 at the age of 28, very unexpectedly. He was a very caring and bright individual.  Ray was an avid communications enthusiast who helped many with his skills and knowledge.  He graduated from Warren High School in 2008 and began repairing radios and towers until the day he died.  He loved trains and was a great guitar player and artist who loved all types of music.  He was always there to help others in need. Always.

Ray is survived by his parents; Tim and Cheryl Kelly, siblings; Sarah and Timothy Kelly, grandparents; Jim and Virginia Kutzler, aunts and uncles; Janice and Rom Aman, Jim and Marge Kutzler all from Waukegan, Pat and Charmaine Kelly of California, cousins; Justin and Kelly Picou, Anthony and Alex Kutzler, Trish and Jeff Aman and Ryan Kelly, and of course his 'radio buddys'.

Ray was preceded in death by grandparents; Raymond and Delores Kelly.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated for Ray on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Church, 15000 W. Wadsworth Rd., Wadsworth, IL.  Rev. James Merold will be the celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass beginning at 10:00 AM at the Church.  Inurnment will be private at a later date.
