Richard E. Boyer, 85, of Waukegan passed away on July 16, 2013 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan.
A Memorial Mass for Richard will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Most Blessed Trinity Parish, 450 Keller Ave, Waukegan at 11:00am. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00am until the time of Mass at the Church. Inurnment will be private.
