Richard L. Nelson Jr., 64, of Waukegan, IL. passed away on Monday, March 14 ^th in Waukegan.  Born on June 5, 1957 in Waukegan, he was a lifelong  resident. Rich was an avid photography enthusiast, which he enjoyed immensely. He is survived by his mother Elizabeth "Nancy", his brother Kevin, and his two sisters; Leslie and Kris, his niece Jessica, his nephew Jimi, and one great niece Melissa. He is preceded in death by his father Richard L. Nelson Sr. and his sister Melissa. Services will be private as per requested by the family.
