Robert (aka Kochias) was born on March 7, 1955 in Chicago Heights, IL, and passed away peacefully at his home in Waukegan, IL on May 25, 2014.
He graduated from Bloom Township High School, and attended Prairie State College. Robert proudly served six years in the U.S. Army. Afterward, he became a career civilian employee with the Department of Defense, from which he retired.

He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Jasmine Scheard; granddaughter, Jasleen Raines; and former spouse, Tracy Scheard; children, Nicole Scheard Guyton, Tiffany Scheard Marquez, and Justice Cain; sister, Gala Jenkins; brother, Raymond Scheard; and a host of relatives and friends. His parents, Leola Drogn Scheard and Robert F. Scheard Sr. preceded him in death. Private Interment.
