Ruby Neton, grandmother, mother and businesswoman passed away July 1, 2011 at her home. She died peacefully with Tom, her loving husband by her side. She was most proud of her sons and grandchildren and was fiercely loyal to her family. Her greatest joy in life came when she had her family all together, especially at Christmas time.

Ruby served as administrator at Prince of Peace Catholic school in Lake Villa, IL. She went on to run a restaurant and catering business and then joined the staff at St. Therese Hospital which later became Vista Health. She loved her job and her coworkers at Vista and was widely respected by executives, doctors, coworkers and vendors.

She is survived by her husband Tom, two sons; Tim and Tom, daughters in law; Nicole and Mary Ellen, granchildren; Brianna, Jack, and Hope, two great grandchildren; TJ and Tyler, three brothers and three sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Diana and her parents, Luther and Mettie Golden. She will be greatly missed by her numerous friends and acquaintances, especially her two best friends John and Josetter Michael.

Visitation will be at the Funeral Home on July 4, 2011 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be on July 5, 2011 at 10:00 am at Most Blessed Trinity Parish, Queen of Peace Church, 910 14th Street, North Chicago, IL.

Memorials in Ruby's name to Save A Pet in Lake Villa would be appreciated by the family.
