Santiago Vara, 37, passed away on April 26, 2024 at Lake Forest Hospital in Lake Forest, IL. He was born in Mexico on June 13, 1986 to Santiago and Natividad Vara. He worked in chemical manufacturing and was a member of Most Blessed Trinity Parish, Holy Family Church in Waukegan. He is survived by his parents; Santiago and Natividad, brothers; Fermin, Marco and Francisco Vara, and sisters; Marina and Elvia, and many extended family members.

Visitation will be on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 9:00 until 11:30 am with the funeral service starting at 11:30 am here in the funeral home chapel. He will be laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL. immediately following the service.
