Susan M. Whisenand, 69, of Waukegan, IL passed away on August 23, 2019 at Rolling Hills Manor in Zion, IL. She is survived by her brother; Ronald (Cheryl) of Waukegan, sister; Donna (Stan) Kulczyk of Waukegan, and two nieces; Kelly Baker and Sarah Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents; Harry and Marlene, her brother; Robert and her sister; Jane Baker. A Memorial Service at a later date to be determined.
