Yolanda R. DeLuca (nee Covelli), 96, a resident of The Legacy at St. Joseph's in Kenosha, WI., passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024. She was born in Kenosha, WI. to the late Peter and Mary (nee Ziccarelli) Covelli on May 29, 1928. She graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School in 1948. On November 4, 1950 she married Frank J. DeLuca at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Kenosha. Frank preceded her in death in 2016.

They had two daughters; Theresa (Daniel) O'Connell and Mary DeLuca who passed away in 1984.  Yolanda spent her life devoted to the care of her youngest daughter Mary.  She loved spending time with her granddaughers; Leslie (Aaron) Matt and Gina (Grant) Basiliere, along with her three great-grandchildren; Aiden and Owen Matt and Robert Basiliere.  She is also survived by her sister Ida Cenni, who also resides at the Legacy at St. Joseph's.

Yolanda is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank, her daughter Mary, her siblings; George, Joseph and Michael Covelli, along with Rose Turco, Frances Limardi, Louise Loizzo, Minnie Loizzo and Theresa Waller.

The Visitation and Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the Legacy at St. Joseph's Chapel in Kenosha, WI. for the immediate family. She was laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL. immediately following the Mass. Bradley Funeral Home is serving the family. 847-473-3966.
